Montana Coffee Company, LLC — Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
1. Order Processing
Orders may be placed through our website 24 hours a day.
Orders are typically processed, packaged, and tendered to a shipping carrier Monday through Friday. Our goal is to ship most orders within three business days.
Processing may take longer during unusually high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, inventory issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we anticipate a significant delay in fulfilling an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are calculated automatically during checkout.
The available rate depends on factors such as:
-
Delivery destination
-
Package size and weight
-
Products included in the order
-
Available carrier services
Montana Coffee Company uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx for online order fulfillment. Available services and their corresponding prices are displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
3. Free Shipping
Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more after applicable discounts and before tax receive free standard shipping.
The qualifying free-shipping option will be shown during checkout when the order meets the required threshold.
If expedited or premium shipping services are available, those services may carry an additional charge even when the order qualifies for free standard shipping.
4. Shipping Locations
Montana Coffee Company currently ships online product orders throughout the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates or transit times displayed during checkout are estimates and may vary based on the selected carrier, shipping service, destination, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related circumstances.
Carrier transit time begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Montana Coffee Company cannot guarantee a carrier’s delivery date once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has shipped.
Customers can use the tracking information supplied by the carrier to monitor delivery progress.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period or tracking information indicates an unusual delay, please contact Montana Coffee Company promptly.
We will review the shipment information and work with the applicable carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include replacement of the affected products, store credit, a refund, or another reasonable remedy.
8. Packages Marked Delivered
If carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any delivery information provided by the carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment and determine what options may be available.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
We may request photographs, packaging information, the order number, or other reasonable information needed to document the problem.
When Montana Coffee Company confirms that an item was damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, credit, or other resolution without requiring the customer to bear costs caused by our error.

Montana Coffee Company, LLC — Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Montana Coffee Company wants customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase from us.
If an eligible product does not meet your expectations, contact us within the return period described below so we can help resolve the issue.
Our satisfaction guarantee is subject to this Returns and Refunds Policy.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by Montana Coffee Company.
3. Return Eligibility
Consumable Products, Including Coffee
Coffee may be returned even if the package has been opened, provided that the remaining product is returned to Montana Coffee Company.
Opened coffee bags should be securely resealed using the bag’s built-in closure when available and placed inside an additional sealed bag, protective plastic, or other packaging sufficient to prevent leakage during shipment.
K-Cup products that are being returned should have the individual pod lids intact.
The product must be returned so that Montana Coffee Company can verify and process the dissatisfaction claim.
Non-Consumable Merchandise
Non-consumable merchandise should be returned in good condition unless the return is being made because the product arrived damaged or defective.
Normal inspection or reasonable handling of the product does not automatically make it ineligible for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Montana Coffee Company does not currently maintain a general category of products that is automatically excluded from returns.
Products must still meet the eligibility requirements and return procedures described in this policy.
Any product-specific return restriction will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.
5. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
-
Contact Montana Coffee Company at coffee@montanacoffeecompany.online or (931) 222-0707 within 14 days after delivery.
-
Provide your name, order number, the product involved, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
-
Wait for return instructions before shipping the product.
-
Package the product securely and include information sufficient for us to identify the associated order.
-
Use a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
Do not send a return without sufficient identifying information for us to connect the package with the appropriate order.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For standard satisfaction-based returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Montana Coffee Company.
If a product was damaged in transit, defective, or shipped incorrectly, contact us before returning it. When we determine that the issue resulted from damage in transit or an error by Montana Coffee Company, we will provide an appropriate resolution and will not require the customer to bear return costs caused by that issue.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected when a return is required.
Once a refund has been approved, Montana Coffee Company generally processes it within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
8. Exchanges
Montana Coffee Company does not currently process direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please complete the applicable return process and place a separate order for the desired product.
If a product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, contact us before placing a replacement order so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
