- Eligibility
Our services are available to all users worldwide, provided local laws allow participation.
- Account Responsibilities
Users can create accounts on our website using personal information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account details and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Purchases can be made with or without an account. Montana Coffee Company will never sell, use, or exchange our customers’ information without their consent.
- Purchase Terms
Orders can be placed directly on our website. We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Pricing information is transparent and will be confirmed at checkout.
- Shipping and Delivery
Our goal is to ship orders within 3 days, but no later than 14 days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Returns and Refunds
We offer a “no-questions-asked, satisfaction guaranteed” return policy. Items can be returned within 14 days of the ship date or 30 days from the order date, whichever comes first. Items need not be in original packaging but must include the order number and return shipping address. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item.
- Intellectual Property
All content, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material on our site, is owned by Montana Coffee Company, LLC. Users may not use our intellectual property without permission, except as permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
Our site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Montana Coffee Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our product or site.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or our website.

Montana Coffee Company, LLC – Shipping Policy
- Processing Time
Orders are processed 24/7, 365 days a year, and will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible on a first-in-first-out basis. Our business hours for packaging and shipping are Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM CST, in coordination with shipping services.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Orders with a retail value greater than $20 (after discounts and before tax) and less than $35 will incur a flat-rate shipping cost of $5.
- All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options, with no specific preference for any shipping method.
- Shipping Locations
Montana Coffee Company ships anywhere within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Shipping Issues
In the event of lost products, customers will receive credit for the equal retail value of the product to be used on the Montana Coffee Company website. For damaged products, we will replace the item at no additional expense to the customer.
- Lost products must be reported within 10 days of our ship date and will be denied after the carrier provides a “delivered” notification.
- Damaged products must be reported and returned within 21 days of our ship date or 30 days from the order date, whichever comes first, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy outlined in the MCC Terms of Service.
Montana Coffee Company, LLC – Returns and Refunds Policy
- Return Eligibility
Customers may return items within 14 days of the ship date or 30 days from the order date, whichever comes first, in compliance with the Refunds and Returns section of the Terms of Service.
- Consumable Items (Coffee): Coffee can be returned only if resealed using the built-in zip-lock feature on the bag and placed inside a larger zip-lock bag or wrapped in protective plastic wrap. Only K-cups that remain sealed with their lid intact should be shipped back to MCC. Coffee must be returned as proof for any dissatisfaction claims.
- Non-consumable Items (Merchandise): Merchandise must be in good condition for return. If damaged during shipping, customers will be credited.
- Non-returnable Items
Currently, there are no non-returnable items; all products can be returned as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
- Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at coffee@montanacoffeecompany.online or call (931) 222-0707 to request a return authorization.
- Package the item securely according to its type and include your order number and shipping address inside the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. The typical processing time for refunds is 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Exchanges
Currently, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
